Please note that for custom pieces that require ordering diamonds from overseas, the lead time may be slightly longer. We will provide an estimated timeline for these special orders when necessary.

Yes! We have an office in Tel Aviv where we meet with clients by appointment. Yes, we offer one complimentary resize of up to one full US size (by quarter, half, or full size), which is equivalent to two full European/UK sizes. If you need a resize beyond this range, your ring may need to be returned or reset.
Please note that infinity and eternity band styles cannot be resized and would need to be returned and repurchased.

We do not offer jewelry insurance, but we highly recommend insuring your fine jewelry purchases to protect them in case of loss, theft, damage, or mysterious disappearance.

Please keep in mind, your ring size can fluctuate about a half size, based on your temperature, hydration levels, hormones, etc.
If the proposal is a surprise, we recommend taking a favorite ring (that is worn on the finger the ring is intended for) to a local jeweler or L A V I È showroom to determine that size.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation from us. You can choose to pick it up from our office in Tel Aviv or have it shipped to your address for an additional fee.
