- If the order is canceled after product shipment, the refund will be processed only after the item is returned in its original condition within 14 days. Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
- Custom-made jewelry cannot be returned or refunded.
- Ready-made jewelry can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a purchase receipt. Refunds will be issued as store credit.
- Deposit payments are non-refundable.
- Returns must be shipped by the customer at their expense.
Shipping and Delivery
1. Orders are shipped via registered mail or courier service within the promised delivery timeframe.
